The first thing to do if you have to cancel a lesson is let your teacher know. Although we don’t guarantee a make up lesson your teacher will do his/her best to do so. We do our best because we know that lessons are important to you and they are to us as well. We cannot credit a cancelled lesson. While most students understand the policy, sometimes students are looking for more information on why we have the policies we do.
