About Emily Gladstone
Emily Gladstone is a Houston-based musician who began playing the violin at the age of five through her local arts program, and is currently enrolled in an undergraduate music performance degree under Dr. Kirsten Yon. She has taken masterclasses from Hal Grossman and Katie Lansdale, participated in summer organizations like ARIA International Music Academy, and was featured in DaCamera's Beethoven For All series in 2018. She has premiered works with the Moores School Symphony and has played for their opera and chamber orchestras as well as other organizations like Houston Youth Symphony and Virtuosi of Houston.
Emily has taught piano and violin since 2016, both privately and through schools to many students. Although she began on Suzuki, she believes in combining approaches based on the student's needs and enjoys working with all ages.
