About Dineen Marshall
Dineen Marshall is an enthusiastic and thoughtful violinist vocalist. She is currently earning her Bachelor's Degree at Eastern Michigan University in Vocal Music Education Student K-12 with an endorsement in Choir, Orchestra, and Band.
Dineen has played and performed in many diverse settings. She has appeared at, Eastern Michigan Honors College, Shorter AME Church and Carnegie Hall. Recent performances include the Desert Mountain Annual conference and A Legends Holiday Through the Celebration of the Arts where she had the privilege to play for Nikki Giovanni. Always a passionate musician, Dineen has played for various churches in her local community. She loves to perform anything that moves her from Dvorak's Humoresque to Most Beautiful by Maverick City Worship.
Teaching is a profession that feeds Dineen's soul. She loves to see a students face light up as they discover and build their technique and musical capabilities. There is nothing more rewarding to her than helping a student accomplish musical goals they may have not realized they had the capacity for.
Dineen loves to spend time at church; serving on the worship team and as a Sunday School teacher. There she gets to learn from and love people from all different backgrounds and walks of life. This translates well to teaching as she has been exposed to a wide range of students and does well adapting to any kind of learning environment that she is placed into.
She loves to foster people's ability to make new discoveries about themselves and build confidence by partnering with them to overcome obstacles and navigate new territories through music learning.
