Chi T. Mathias Reed is more than a phenomenal vocalist and instructor, she is a Purposepreneur and Philanthropist who has served as an innovator of community-based initiatives that inspire and improve the quality of life from the inside and out for more than a decade.
Chi is the producer and champion spokeswoman of the annual benefit concert, For Our Daughters ~ Breaking The Cycle of Domestic Violence Through The Arts, "music is the core of my being; it has empowered me to never give up despite the hardships I have had to face." Chi's mission through music and the arts is to inspire, educate, and empower. Chi incorporates the songs of her heart to awaken the spirit of the broken who are fighting to be free from their own struggles.
As a professional inspirational speaker and producer, Chi attributes her success and endurance to the hardships she has had to face and speaks publicly about them as a domestic violence survivor, advocate, and teen dating violence prevention specialist. Her message is simple, "Your past does not dictate your future. Tap into your inner power, be empowered, and overcome"! She encourages them to overcome setbacks and clear the hurdles that seemingly keep them from moving forward with passion and purpose.
