About Brittanie Bendall
Brittanie grew up in a home where the piano was always being played. Between her parents and 3 siblings who all had a love for the piano, music was in the background of every activity at home. She is a firm believer that with enough listening to piano music, anyone can learn to play by ear.
Brittanie is a trained pianist and church organist. She studied under the tutelage of Sheri Staten at Staten Piano Studio in Salt Lake City, Utah. She started her studies at the age of 5, learning to play by ear. She went on to master sight reading and proper recital etiquette by the time she finished her formal lessons at the studio 12 years later. Brittanie believes in the necessity of studying music theory as a regular part of piano lessons. She has always encouraged her students to learn all that they can, and to take advantage of their time taking music lessons.
Brittanie has studied music under the international concert pianist and organist, Dr. Linda Margetts. Brittanie likes to take advantage of every opportunity she can to learn more about music through attending special music workshops and continues to sharpen her own skills every opportunity she gets.
