About Antoine Jefferson
Antoine Jefferson is a classically trained pianist and bass vocalist. Born and raised in Louisiana, he began piano lessons in the 3rd grade. When entering high school, he began his vocal work, competing in regional and state piano and vocal competitions. During his undergraduate and graduate work, much of his extracurricular activities focused on singing with university choruses. He participates in community and church choirs as a vocalist, and served as pianist in 2017.
His educational background focused on youth development and leadership studies. He has a strong desire for the educational development of children through fun and active lessons through community involvement and engagement with peers.
He enjoys playing classical and jazz arrangements of music on piano, and often find time to play in public and engage community members to play along and learn piano.
