About Alec Powell
Alec Powell is an accomplished musician and music educator with over 10 years experience working with students of all ages and abilities. Alec earned his masters degree in music education from Boston University in 2016 and earned a bachelors degree in saxophone performance and music education from the Eastman School of Music in 2011.
Currently, Alec is studying part-time at the Lamont School of Music at the University of Denver, pursuing a performance certificate in voice and opera. He teaches and performs on many instruments with specialties in woodwinds, voice, and piano. Alec also specializes in teaching neuro-diverse student populations and vocal technique for young children.
